| Jeff Fusek, CPA, MBA - Owner |
Jeff is the founder and owner of Acres Property Management LLC. He has over 18 years of accounting/finance experience at various companies in the U.S., including Fortune 500 Companies. His experience includes public accounting, mergers/acquisitions, due diligence reviews, Internet start-ups, fraud investigation and consulting. A key focus of his experience has been the identification and implementation of best practice procedures.

| Jim Fusek - Director of Maintenance and Property Manager |
| Jim is in charge of all maintenance provided by the company in addition to managing properties. Jim obtained his B.A. in Business Administration. His work experience includes creating a successful construction business serving the western suburbs of Chicago. In addition to over 15 years of construction experience, Jim was the General Manager of Black Sheep Golf Course, a start-up venture, where he was responsible for all aspects of the business, including maintenance, landscaping, the pro shop and client relations. It is this experience in operations, maintenance and customer service that he brings to Acres Property Management, LLC. |
