Emergency calls are necessary when an event occurs that may cause immediate harm to the Association's property or an event already occurred that caused disservice to the community. Acres Property Management Company, LLC has an employee on staff to answer emergency calls to help mitigate property damage and expedite recovery for the association.If there is a fire or a situation that requires police, please call 911 to report the situation prior to calling Acres Property Management Company, LLC.

A fire and a broken water pipe are examples of emergencies that should be communicated to Acres Property Management Company, LLC immediately. A roof leak, for example, while urgent, is not an emergency call and cannot be repaired until after the end of the rain.
 
Other situations, which are NOT considered emergencies, are:
 
  • Questions about assessment balances.
  • Questions about the next board meeting.
  • Maintenance requests
  • Escrow or refinancing requests.
  • Noisy neighbors.
  • Architectural enhancement Requests.
  • Illegally parked cars.
  • Rules violations.
While not emergencies, these types of situations are important but are better handled by the association manager during normal office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) rather than via the after hours. Additionally, Acres Property Management Company, LLC website, www.acresmgmt.com has a request section for the unit owners to complete for accounting, maintenance requests, general requests and also escrow refinance requests which can be completed 24 hours a day.
