Acres Property Management Company, LLC values the important relationships we have established with vendors who provide service to our clients. The ability for us to create value for our customers is heavily reliant on your firm to provide our clients high quality goods and services at competitive pricing. Many of us, in the short-term, view competition as a major hurdle in our ability to successfully market our products and services. Competition, however, should instead be viewed as the key driver that gives us all the incentive and goal to supply first class and best in class goods and services. The spirit of competition gives us all the incentive to improve our products and services and strengthen and re-engineer our businesses.
Acres Property Management Company, LLC recognizes the need to promote healthy, fair and ethical competition in the purchasing of goods and services for our clients. Our clients make the final decision on which firms will provide them services. Our role is to provide our clients unbiased information as requested in the Request for Proposal so our clients can make an informed decision on which firm to retain. We will verify information provided by you, including references, licenses, insurance, better business rating and forward this information to our clients. Our mandate is to ensure that all purchasing decisions are thoroughly evaluated in a fair, impartial and honest manner and that each of you has an equal opportunity to secure our clients business.
Acres Property Management Company, LLC also recognizes the importance of evaluating the quality of service provided to our clients. Thus we will assist our clients in evaluating all vendors annually and after a major project is completed. Vendors will be provided feedback on this evaluation so they can possibly use our clients as a reference and to improve their business processes, if applicable.
In light of this policy, Acres Property Management Company, LLC has developed and adopted the following guidelines for Acres employees in relation to the vendors of our clients.
  • Acres employees can not accept any gifts from any vendors.
  • Acres employees are required to disclose any business relationships they may have with any vendors to our clients in order to fully disclose any conflict of interest.
  • Acres employees are required to sign the company's code of ethics statement annually. A copy of this signed code of ethics statement will be provided to our clients.
Acres Property Management Company, LLC plans to grow our business on sound and ethical business practices. We believe that we can create value for our clients by providing quality service and also building lasting relationships with vendors who also believe in this philosophy.
